Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSJR 22(FSH) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSJR 22(FSH) was read the third time. Representatives Thomas and Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Representative Kerttula later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSJR 22(FSH).
